In general, the study diplomas can be requested two years after the programme graduation (Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, PhD.) The diplomas are handed out the same day, except for a very busy period, in which case the procedure may take two days.

Before getting the diploma, the graduates are advised to make sure that they have taken the following steps (checklist)

  • Filled in the graduate questionnaire;
  • Have the notification from CIPO Department;
  • Have an ID card in original and other documents to certify the changing of the name (if necessary);
  • The graduate must also bring 2 color photos, diploma type (3/4 cm), taken at a studio. The photographic paper must be matt and the clothes should be light colored.The graduate has to go to the Bureau for Study Documents
