JASSY Application Procedure
Are you currently studying in an EU-based university and fancy joining any of our JASSY modules? Then don’t register here just yet! Instead, contact your Erasmus+ coordinator or International Relations Office and ask if your home university can finance your JASSY participation from available Erasmus+ funding. In 2025, all JASSY modules are structured as Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programmes!
If Erasmus+ funding is available, please contact Mrs. Anca Ionescu (anca.ionescu@uaic.ro) and inform her what JASSY module you’d like to attend.
If there are no available Erasmus+ funds, please feel free to follow the application procedure below.
1. Application
The application file consists of a CV and a letter of motivation and will be sent as a Word or PDF file to jassy@uaic.ro. In order to increase your chances to secure a place in JASSY Summer School, you are encouraged to send the application file at your earliest convenience, but anyway no later than June 1st 2025.
2. Evaluation
Your application will be evaluated within 3 days and you will receive an email notification whether the application to JASSY has been accepted. In case of acceptance, the email message will contain the invitation to register (see below). So, you will know whether your application has been successful within as little as three days.
The evaluation will be based on the consistency and pertinence of the application files, as well as the number of available places (30 per module).
