Education, Scholarships, Apprenticeships and Youth Entrepreneurship Programme (ESAYEP) Financed by the EEA Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 – Staff mobilities

Teachers and staff from the EEA countries (Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway) are most welcome to pay a teaching or training visit to Iași!

Before applying, please check with your home institution whether it has an EEA bilateral agreement concluded with Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iași.

For the good organization of your stay here, we kindly ask you to fill in:

a Teaching Programme and send it both to the Erasmus+ Office (Anca IONESCU, anca.ionescu(at)uaic.ro) and the EEA Faculty Coordinator, in case you are planning a teaching mobility;

a Training Programme mentioning your tasks and responsibilities at your home institution and send it to the Erasmus+ Office, in case you are planning a staff training mobility.

At the end of your visit, you are required to submit the following documents (in original) to the International Office:

Declaration to avoid double funding
Narrative report
your travel tickets (boarding passes etc.)

while the International Office will issue a Certificate of Attendance.
