Facultatea de Litere din cadrul Universității „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași organizează miercuri, 7 mai 2025, între orele 10.00 – 14.00, workshopul online (via Zoom) „Cultural Fluency in Europe: Strategies for Inclusive Academic Environments”.
In celebration of Europe Week, this workshop offers the opportunity to enhance your intercultural skills and reflect upon your role within Europe’s diverse academic landscape. Key topics include:
- Raising awareness of Europe’s cultural and social diversity
- Promoting respectful and effective teamwork across cultural boundaries
- Reflecting on your own identity in the European context
- Strengthening awareness of European values and opportunities for collaboration
- Developing practical skills to resolve intercultural conflicts
