We are very pleased to announce the launch of the new COST website from 19 October 2018. The new site has been developed to include more engaging content, such as videos and photos. It has been designed to be more user friendly in layout, design and navigation and is fully responsive for mobile browsing. 1. COST CONNECT: SUSTAINABLE ENERGY IN THE DANUBE REGION
The Danube region represents one fifth of Europe’s total area and is home to more than 100 million inhabitants. As a consequence, energy developments within the region have a major impact across Europe. Case study: Successfully freezing and thawing fruits, vegetables and spices allows food to be moved around the world and helps to reduce food waste. 3. ALBANIA BECOMES A FULL COST MEMBER
The decision to admit Albania as a full COST Member was taken at the 203rd meeting of the Committee of Senior Officials (CSO), which was held in Reykjavik, Iceland on 25 -26 April 2018. <<Read more>>
